Planning your stay
You will find the answers to most questions asked in our FAQ’s however we are at the end of the telephone if you wish to speak to us in person.

What is provided and what do I need to bring?
Linen is provided in our log cabins and the beds will be made up for your arrival. For each guest you will find a hand and bath towel and a bathrobe. An initial supply of toilet roll, kitchen towel, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin liners, clingfilm, kitchen foil, cooking oil and hand soap provided in each lodge, however you may need to replenish these items yourselves during your stay. There will also be a tea towel and oven glove in the kitchen. If you are staying in our 5* Kingfisher Lodge you will also receive complimentary toiletries.
Upon arrival you will find a locally sourced welcome pack for you to enjoy with our compliments, consisting of a few tea bags and sachets of sugar and coffee, milk, locally sourced fruit juice and packet of crisps.
Items you may wish to add to your packing list are swimming costumes, beach towels and flip flops for your hot tub and trips to the beach and walking boots or wellies for exploring the countryside and walks in the forest.

I’m bringing my pet with me, what do I need to bring?
Firstly please ensure you are booked into one of our pet friendly log cabins and your pet is on the guest list. You will need to bring with you your pets’ bed, a towel to dry your pet off with before entering the log cabin, some poop a scoop bags to clear up after your dog, and a lead; as we ask all dogs to be kept on a lead whilst onsite. We provide two average size bowls for your pet, one for water and one for food. There will also be a basic lead and a dog towel in your log cabin. The fire, in front of which your dog can relax after a long walk is provided too! You can find out more about bringing your pet with you here.
Arrival Information
Check in for your log cabin is 4pm on arrival day
Check out is by 10am on the day of departure.
On arrival We will email you details for your check in, one week prior to your arrival.
Late arrival – We accept late arrivals. Please ensure if you expect to arrive after 5pm you contact us.
