Our Lodges at a Glance
Choosing the best log cabin to suit you.
We only have seven log cabins on site and whilst all our cabins have many features in common including their own private hot tub, they are all slightly different. We have put together this guide to help you choose the one that is right for you.
Chaffinch Lodge is our only one bedroom 4* log cabin and gets booked up well in advance. It has a kingsize bed and ensuite with separate bath and shower cubicle and the option of a Z bed for your child. There is direct access from the bedroom to your hot tub.
If there are just the the two of you staying and it is already booked for the dates you wish to stay, take a look at our two bedroom log cabins as you will receive an under occupancy discount for using just one bedroom.
Bullfinch Lodge is one of our larger two bedroom 4* log cabin with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Both the master bedroom with kingsize bed and second bedroom with twin beds have en-suites with shower over the bath. The hot tub can be accessed from the master bedroom or from the front door directly around the side of the cabin.
Bullfinch also benefits from the option of a temporary bed for an additional 2 guests.
Goldfinch Lodge is one of our larger two bedroom 4* log cabin with the same layout as Bullfinch Lodge, the only difference between the two lodges is the beds in the twin room can be zipped together to form a super king bed This is a perfect lodge for two couples as well as families or if you prefer a larger bed. The hot tub can be accessed directly from the master bedroom or from the front door around the side of the cabin.
Goldfinch also benefits from the option of a temporary bed for an additional two guests.
Wagtail Lodge is a two bedroom 4* pet friendly log cabin. The master bedroom has a four poster standard size double bed and en-suite shower room and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The hot tub is accessed from the main hallway and the kitchen is set off the open plan living /dining area.
Woodpecker Lodge is our other two bedroom 4*pet friendly log cabin and has the same layout as Wagtail Lodge. The hot tub is accessed from the main hallway.
Woodpecker also benefits from the option of a temporary bed for an additional two guests.
Greenfinch Lodge is our large 4* three bedroom log cabin which is perfect for a larger family, a group of friends or simply if you’re looking for a bit more space. It has a master bedroom with four poster standard size double bed, en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms with twin beds. There is also a family bathroom. It has a large open plan living and dining space and the hot tub accessed from the main hallway
Kingfisher Lodge is our large 5* two double bedroom log cabin with additional patio spaces as well as a decked veranda. In addition to its hot tub, Kingfisher Lodge also benefits from an infra red sauna. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with corner bath. The hot tub is accessed directly from the master bedroom or via the front door round to the side. The second bedroom has a standard sized double bed and there is a family bathroom with a double sized shower. It has a large living room with its own reading nook and a kitchen/diner with everything you need to cook up a feast, from a range cooker to its Kitchen Aid mixer. There is the option of a z bed for a child up to 16.
