Chaffinch is our one bedroom 4-star holiday log cabin and is the ideal retreat for romantic breaks in Suffolk at any time of year.

A stay in our Chaffinch  log cabin offers a real home from home experience and features the following:-

• Fully equipped kitchen, including full size cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave
• Coal effect feature fireplace & under floor heating
• TV with DVD player in the lounge
• TV in the bedroom

• King size leather sleigh bed

• Barbecue stand on veranda for disposable BBQ (in season)
• Private parking next to the cabin
• On-site laundry facilities
• Free WiFi – please note this is rural broadband, suitable for email and google searches
• Bed linen, bath sheets, hand towels and bath robes
• Folding guest bed for one child up to the age of 11 (charge applies)
• We do not accept pets in this log cabin
• If Chaffinch is already booked for your chosen date, we offer an under occupancy discount on our two bedroom lodges
• Use of covered heated swimming pool (end May – end September)
• On-site EV charge point (charges apply)

Home comforts are plentiful in Chaffinch Lodge. A coal effect feature fireplace coupled with under floor heating creates a truly cosy atmosphere. The lounge complete with comfortable leather sofas and array of soft furnishings make it easy to feel at home as soon as you arrive. Patio doors from the lounge lead onto the veranda, which overlooks our small tranquil lake; here you can enjoy the opportunity of watching the wildlife just a few paces from your cabin, whilst relaxing with a drink or two.

The well equipped kitchen has everything you require during your stay and the dining area is furnished with a table and chairs offering a comfortable place to eat. The spacious bedroom features a king size leather sleigh bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. A door from the bedroom leads onto the veranda where a private hot tub awaits for that special touch of luxury.

The ideal opportunity for sharing quiet romantic breaks, Chaffinch lodge is perfect for evenings spent relaxing in the hot tub gazing at the stars or dining alfresco on the veranda surrounded by the beautiful countryside and big Suffolk skies.

Chaffinch is a very popular cabin. If it is already booked for your chosen dates, you may like to consider staying in one of our two bedroom log cabins, also perfect for a relaxing break. We offer an under occupancy discount if two guests are staying, using only one bedroom.
