With the announcement of the lockdown from 5th November – 2nd December we will sadly have to close during this time. All guests with bookings during this lockdown period have now been contacted.
With our flexible cancellation Master Cancel program we are unfortunately unable to confirm new bookings during lockdown. The booking calendar will be reopening on 3rd December. We are however, able to “pencil in” bookings during this period of closure and contact you once the booking calendar has reopened to confirm. For guests who have bookings in December, in order to comply with the T&C’s of our Master Cancel Program balance payments will be required as usual during lockdown.
