Covid-19 Customers FAQ’s

With the increased measures to limit the impact of Coronavirus we wanted to update you on our current position.
Windmill Lodges is now closed with office staff working from home. All those with a forthcoming holiday with us with an arrival date prior to Friday 1st May 2020, have been contacted by email.
As the government has imposed a travel ban this is a “force majeure” and no refund will be given as per our T&C’s. You will need to check your travel insurance as to whether you are covered. We will provide whatever information you need in this regard.
All holidays arriving on or after this date will follow our standard terms and conditions
