To help you make the most of your stay with us, here are some helpful tips and information.
Prior to your stay
You will find the answers to most questions asked in our FAQ’s however we are at the end of the telephone if you wish to speak to us in person.
When planning your break you may be interested to know about the Suffolk Coast Greeters, a great way of exploring somewhere new or re-visiting familiar places when you next stay with us.
Linen is provided in our log cabins and the beds will be made up for your arrival. For each guest you will find a hand and bath towel and a bathrobe. An initial supply of toilet roll, kitchen towel, salt and pepper, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin liners and hand soap are provided, however you will need to replenish these items yourselves during your stay. There will also be a tea towel and oven glove in the kitchen.
Upon arrival you will find a locally sourced welcome pack for you to enjoy with our compliments, consisting of a few tea bags and sachets of sugar, tea bags, a sachet of cafetiere coffee, sugar and a litre of milk, some free range eggs and a bottle of wine.
We have a selection of books and games you are welcome to borrow during your stay.
Items you may wish to add to your packing list the list are cling film, kitchen foil, cooking oil, swimming costume, beach towels and wellies.
If you are celebrating or would just like to treat yourself, we have a selection of hampers you can order prior to arrival. There are also many local places to eat within a short drive from our lodges. We regularly update our with recommendations given to us by our guests.
Check in for your log cabin is 4pm on arrival day
Check out is by 10am on the day of departure.
On arrival please come into reception where a member of our team will be here to here to help with your check in.
Late arrival – if you expect to arrive after 5pm please contact the office to make arrangements for access to your log cabin.
